2023/2024 Fall Semester Course Registration Announcement

Dear graduate students,

In accordance with Article 15 of our Senate Principles, as updated by the Senate decision dated 14.09.2023 and numbered 654, course enrollment for the 2023-2024 Academic Year Fall Semester will not be completed without the Advisor's Approval.

To facilitate this process, our Graduate Academic calendar has been updated, and the revised dates have been made available on our Institute website.

As part of the course registration process, adhering to the relevant amendment provisions between September 25th and September 29th, 2023:

• If the student's enrollment in the course receives approval from the advisor, the enrollment process for that course will be finalized.
• If the advisor recommends changes to the course(s), the student must make the necessary adjustments and resubmit them for the advisor's approval. If the advisor approves, the course enrollment process will be completed.
• In the event that the student does not implement the changes suggested by the advisor, enrollment in the recommended courses will not be completed at the end of the designated period.

Lastly, we would like to remind all students in the course and thesis phase that they are required to enroll in the Specialization Course [Uzmanlık Alan Dersi] every semester.
