A speaking club was set up by pre-service language teachers in coordination with 12th Graders of Hendek Anatolian Imam Hatip High School on 5th of April 2018. The first topic was determined as cultural cuisines. While in-service language teacher at the high school cooked noodles, some students brought some traditional Turkish food such as sarma and börek. Spanish, Pakistani, Uyghur, Mexican and Russian cuisines were discussed and language learners were asked to prepare a new recipe as a group work and draw the dish on posters.
