Procedures Before Mobility

Below, you can find the procedures for course selection and learning agreements before mobility at your host university:

1. Follow the Erasmus link on our department’s website to access course equivalence lists.
2. Select department courses according to these lists.
3. When contacting us to check course contents at Erasmus universities, please send links with course descriptions.
4. Prepare the first draft of the Learning Agreement, including both the codes and names of potential courses at SAÜ and the Erasmus university.
5. If you still need help after finding possible equivalent courses, please contact us.
6. Allocate at least 3-4 weeks for this process to manage time effectively.
7. Note that emails will be answered within 1-3 business days, and no responses will be given on weekends.
